A healthy recipe for curried fish fillet with a Hindu flavor. The curry has an intense flavor that complements very well with fish.
However, you do not want to overdo it on the curry. Asian markets have much higher curries than the typical American "grocery" save. I appreciated the yogurt sauce, introduced lemon and olive oil. A person suggested mango chutney, I had a couple of peaches and exchanged them for mangos. Perfect mixture. Served it with a cucumber/ tomato salad. I additionally, substituted a light breadcrumb for the wheat germ. 500 levels work for this dish.
The curry would not rub onto the fish, however, rolled around into huge pieces. The flavor became adequate. The sauce was ok but the type of one-word. I did not have wheat germ and used bread crumbs, which worked exceptionally. What I like approximately this is that it's far a widespread method to be able to lend itself to many exclusive seasonings, which I'd positioned within the breading, in place of the fish, subsequent time. · 6 pieces of white Nile fish fillet
· 6 tablespoons of corn flour
· 1 piece of chopped onion
· 1 piece of medium peeled and chopped tomato
· 2 cloves garlic, chopped
· 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
· 1/2 cup of light cream
· 1 teaspoon light margarine
· 2 cubes of chicken broth
· 1 tablespoon curry powder
· Spray oils to brown the fish
Preparation
· Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, pass them through the cornmeal.
· Put oil spray on the pan, arrange the fish fillets until brown on both sides.
· Sauce: In a pot, place the margarine and brown the onion, garlic, and tomato.
· Add the broth tablets, curry, parsley, and cream.
· Mix well, let cook a few minutes.
· Serve the fish fillets bathed in hot sauce.
PRESENTATION
Sprinkle black sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
