A healthy recipe for curried fish fillet with a Hindu flavor. The curry has an intense flavor that complements very well with fish.

Preparation

·         Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, pass them through the cornmeal.
·         Put oil spray on the pan, arrange the fish fillets until brown on both sides.
·         Sauce: In a pot, place the margarine and brown the onion, garlic, and tomato.
·         Add the broth tablets, curry, parsley, and cream.
·         Mix well, let cook a few minutes.
·         Serve the fish fillets bathed in hot sauce.


PRESENTATION
Sprinkle black sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
